Job Description
The King Hotel in Melbourne's CBD is seeking an experienced Publican / Venue Manager to take full responsibility for the operational, financial, staffing and regulatory performance of the venue.
n
You will lead bar, bistro, events and customer-service operations, develop promotions, manage budgets, and ensure strict compliance with liquor licensing, RSA and safety requirements. A senior management role with evenings, weekends and public holidays required.
