Wellways is seeking a Health Linker to connect people with health, community and social supports in the Murrumbidgee region. You will work with GPs, practices and community groups to turn connections into meaningful opportunities for participation and wellbeing.

Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields, experience with mental health peers, and a commitment to recovery-oriented practice. Travel and screening checks are required.
