At ****SMILES Caloundra, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Dental
Assistant/Receptionist
to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis, 3 to 4 days a week.
n
Our practice has been part of the Caloundra community for many years, with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for high-quality care. Conveniently located near Bulcock Beach, we're a busy, well-established clinic that prides itself on delivering a great patient experience and working together as a close-knit team.

As a Dental
Assistant/Receptionist,
you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
n
Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials
n
Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards
n




Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
n
Managing appointments, calls and patient enquiries
n
Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties
n
Maintaining accurate patient records
n
Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
n
n
We're looking for someone who is confident working in both a clinical and reception workplace and enjoys having a varied role.
n
Ideally, you will have:

A friendly, approachable and professional manner

Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team
