Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
n
Answer and direct incoming phone enquiries
n
Maintain and update customer information databases
n
Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers and couriers
n
Manage stationery orders and office supplies
n
Ensure reception, customer lounge and shared areas remain presentable
n




Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
n
Provide administrative support to management and dealership teams
n
Assist with general duties to maintain exceptional dealership standards
n

Desired Skills and Experience
n
About You
n To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Availability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
n
Flexibility to assist with additional weekday reception relief when required
n
Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a professional environment
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
A polished and professional presentation
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive approach and ability to work across multiple departments
n
Barista experience advantageous but not essential; training provided
n
