Process Operator – Scotford Fennessy

Scotford Fennessy is partnering with a leading mining operation in the Pilbara to source experienced Process Operators for their state‐of‐the‐art crushing and ore sorting facility. If you thrive in a fast‐paced environment and have a passion for safety and teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Oversee and manage your designated section of the plant to ensure protected and efficient operation.
n
Complete thorough equipment and area inspections within required timeframes.
n
Carry out cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties as needed.
n
Use small mobile plant to assist with clean‐up and general operational support.
n
Detect and report any equipment or process issues requiring preventative maintenance or repair.
n
Identify hazards, address them where possible, and elevate when necessary.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Previous experience in mineral processing or crushing operations.
n
Exposure to control room operations is a bonus.
n
Understanding of isolation and permitting procedures.
n
Current WA driver's licence (HR highly regarded).
n
Tickets for mobile equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or EWP will set you apart.
n
Confined space and working at heights certifications are advantageous.
n
A proactive attitude, strong safety mindset, and ability to work well in a diverse team.
n
Experience with large wheel loaders (CAT 980) is highly desirable.
