Salary: AHP-2 $94,997 – $110,052 p.a. + super + salary packaging

Contract: Permanent full time

Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver evidence base, recovery focused mental health care
n
Lead psychosocial and family assessments, care planning and reviews
n
Coordinate care and provide crisis, rehabilitation and assertive support
n
Build partnerships with consumers, families, carers and key services
n
Contribute to education, research, quality improvement and supervision
n
n
About you:
n
n
A degree eligible for AASW full membership
n
Clinical experience in mental health and complex care
n
Skilled psychosocial, family, safety and housing assessment
n
Strong care planning, intervention and risk assessment skills
n
Collaborative practice across multidisciplinary teams
n
n
