Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Adelaide branch and support the efficient coordination of service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer support and administration. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities.
n
In this role you will be responsible for the following.
n
n
Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing and regular communication with external customers.
n
Liaise with Service Coordinators to optimise customer engagement and maximise technician utilisation.
n
Report equipment issues identified at customer sites to the Service Coordinator for timely resolution.
n
Maintain and provide regular reports to the Service Manager on PMP status and future forecasts.
n
Conduct analysis and reporting of customer KPIs and assist with auditing and maintaining accurate records.
n
Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and support.
n
Manage customer complaints through to resolution, including follow-up and feedback to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience.
n
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.
n
n
Certificate II or III in Business Administration is highly regarded but not essential.
n
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
n
High level of computer literacy with excellent data entry and typing skills.
n
Robust attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
n
Professional presentation and telephone manner at all times.
n
Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal and office administration skills.
n
