n Are you a passionate Early Childhood professional who loves supporting curious, energetic toddlers as they learn and grow? We are partnering with a warm and family-oriented early learning centre in Lawnton seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead their Toddlers Room.

About the Role
n
As the Toddlers Room Leader, you will lead a team of educators in delivering engaging learning experiences that support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children during these key early years.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead Your Team: Guide and support educators to deliver high-quality care and educational programs.
n
Create Meaningful Learning Experiences: Plan and implement engaging, play-based experiences inspired by children's interests and aligned with the EYLF.
n
Support Children's Development: Foster independence, confidence, communication skills, and positive relationships within the toddler age group.
n
Build Strong Family Partnerships: Develop positive and professional relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
n
Maintain Quality Standards:



Ensure the room operates in line with National Quality Standards, regulations, and centre policies.
n
Drive Excellence: Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, collaborative team culture.
n
n
What we need from you:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
n
Proven experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
n
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
