Job Description
Icon Group's Slade Pharmacy at St Vincent's Private Hospital in East Melbourne seeks a Hospital Pharmacist for a part time 3-month contract. You will rotate through wards and the dispensary, dispense medications accurately, perform medication histories and reconciliations, and support discharge planning.

You will deliver patient counselling, work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to training, manage imprest services, and consider cost implications of medicines.
