Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate hotel events end-to-end, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a great outcome for clients and the hotel
n
Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans with accuracy
n
Liaise with Front Office, F&B;, Kitchen and Operations to align on event requirements
n
Manage the iVvy CRM, keeping sales activity and client records up to date
n




Handle deposits, payments and revenue reporting in line with hotel policy
n
Conduct site inspections and client meetings, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
n
Identify new opportunities for conferences, events and group bookings
n
Support major events, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed
n

What You'll Bring

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments and with clients
n
A sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting enquiries
n
CRM experience (iVvy a plus)
n
Flexibility to work outside standard hours for key events

A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
