The Opportunity

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Birkenhead Point Outlet Store. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire their team and grow their career within a fast paced outlet environment.

What You'll Do

Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
n
Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
n
Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
n




Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton's visual standards
n
Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
n
Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives
n

Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs
n
Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
A natural flair for styling and passion for luxury product
n
Experience in recruitment, coaching, and team development

Confidence delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
