City of Ann Arbor is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to provide case management services for low-income housing programs. Under supervision of the Deputy Director, you will determine applicant eligibility and ensure compliance with program rules.

You will maintain accurate files, schedule interviews, and coordinate required paperwork. Requirements include an associate degree or higher and experience in voucher programs or LIHTC; licensing and COS certification may be pursued.
