Key Responsibilities
n

Produce high quality dishes across all services in line with Shadow's standards
n
Prepare sauces, soups, hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and specialty items
n
Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items
n
Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices
n
Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S; standards
n
Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets
n
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes
n
Foster a collaborative,



respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams
n
Comply with all operational policies, procedures and safety guidelines
n
Care for and maintain kitchen equipment
n
Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required
n

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
n
Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations
n
A passion for quality produce and thoughtful, well executed dishe
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
n
Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation
n
A collaborative mindset and a genuine love of hospitality
n
Clear communication skills and a proactive, can do attitude
n
