About the Role
n
As the Warehouse Storeperson , you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, assembled and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
n
Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer service outcomes and ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Pick, check, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
n
Verify product codes, quantities, condition and customer requirements before dispatch
n
Arrange freight, prepare consignment labels and shipping documentation,



and coordinate freight collections
n
Receive incoming stock, check deliveries against purchase orders and put stock away correctly
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and process warehouse transactions in Acumatica
n
Assist with stocktakes, stock investigations and warehouse transfers
n
Operate forklifts safely and complete required pre-start checks
n
Load and unload trucks and move stock safely throughout the warehouse
n
Complete basic product assembly and preparation as required
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
n
Identify and resolve routine stock, freight and dispatch issues
n
Report significant discrepancies, damage, delays or operational issues to the Operations Manager
n
Follow all company safety, quality and warehouse procedures
n
Support additional warehouse projects and business activities as required
n

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
n
n
Current Forklift High Risk Work Licence
n
Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or dispatch environment
n
Experience picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Valuable computer skills with the ability to learn and use Acumatica
n




Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Ability to safely undertake manual handling and warehouse duties
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Experience with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
n
n
