We're looking for a creative and commercially minded NationalRetail Visual Merchandiser to ensure every store delivers an engagingcustomer experience that inspires customers and drives sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the look and feelof our stores nationally while working closely with Retail
Operations,Marketing
and Store Leadership teams.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As our National Retail Visual Merchandiser, you'll lead theexecution of visual merchandising standards across our national store network.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Implementingnational
visual merchandising standards across all stores.
n
Creatingengaging product displays that maximise customer experience and salesopportunity.
n
Aligningand Implementing store layouts and merchandising plans to optimisecustomer flow.
n
Conductingregular store visits to ensure brand consistency and VM compliance.
n
Trainingand coaching Store Managers and retail teams on visual merchandising bestpractices visual merchandising standards.
n
Analysingstore performance and recommending merchandising improvements.
n
Supportingnew store openings, relocations and refurbishments (Travel required attimes).
n
ManagingVM guidelines, planograms, signage and in-store presentation standards.
n

About You
n




You'll combine creativity with strong commercial awarenessand enjoy travelling to support stores across Australia.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Previousexperience in Visual Merchandising across multi-site retail.
n
Experienceworking within a national or regional retail business.
n
Strongunderstanding
of customer behaviour and retail presentation.
n
Excellentplanning and organisational skills.
n
Confidencetraining and influencing store leadership teams.
n
Strongcommunication
and stakeholder management skills.
n
Abilityto travel nationally on a regular basis.
n
Experienceusing planograms and merchandising software is highly regarded.
n
