As National Manager, you'll lead the next chapter of Repco Authorised Service (RAS) and NexDrive, influencing the future direction of two nationally recognised brands while helping our members build stronger, more profitable and more successful businesses.

What you'll be responsible for
Reporting to the General Manager Trade, you'll lead the RAS and NexDrive networks across Australia, where you will:
Set the strategic direction and growth agenda for both networks
Strengthen member engagement and the overall value proposition
Develop commercially aligned programs that support member success
Lead and develop a high‐performing team
Build strong relationships with workshop owners, industry partners and key stakeholders
Deliver sustainable commercial growth and business performance
What you'll bring
Experience leading a franchise,



member‐based, dealer, licensed or multi‐site network
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results
Proven success leading and developing high‐performing teams
The ability to influence, engage and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
A customer‐focused mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement
Automotive aftermarket experience will be highly regarded.
However, we are equally interested in leaders who have successfully led complex customer‐facing networks in adjacent industries and can bring strong commercial capability, strategic thinking and people leadership.
