About the role
We have an opportunity for a
Technology Operations Centre Manager
to be part of our Data Centre Operations, Technology & Communication Services Command.
The Technology Operations Centre (TOC) Managers' primary role is to plan, organise, and manage a team of 24/7 operators to ensure stability and availability of all NSW Police Force critical technology services.
The TOC Manager is responsible for data centre operations, real time availability insights, major incident management and enterprise problem management insights.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the NSW Police Force Technology Operations Centre, responsible for the availability, stability and resilience of technology services that directly support frontline policing and public safety across Current South Wales.
As the TOC Manager, you will lead a 24x7 operation with accountability for critical technology services, data centre operations, major incident management, operational risk management and the evolution of real-time service visibility across one of Australia's largest and most complex technology environments.
The role offers the opportunity to influence executive decision-making, drive operational transformation, shape monitoring and service assurance capabilities, and work across a diverse range of technologies, vendors and stakeholders.
You will play a key leadership role in improving service reliability and ensuring critical systems remain available to support operational policing outcomes throughout the State.
This position is ideal for a technology operations leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, leading high-performing teams, and making a meaningful contribution to services that have a real impact on the community.
