Job Description
TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking a Port Delivery Agent to support cruise operations in Sydney, coordinating shore excursions, transfers and land programs. You will be in office to ensure seamless delivery, liaise with cruise line representatives, suppliers and internal teams, and resolve live operational issues with a focus on safety and service quality.

You will oversee bookings, documentation and real-time issue resolution, while supporting cost control, invoicing validation and system updates.
