You'llbe part of a supportive team, helping to keep our quality systems running smoothly and making surewe'realways learning and improving.
What you'll be doing
Conduct research, environmentalscansand analysis to strengthen quality,complianceand risk systems
Support the coordination of internal and external audits, accreditationactivitiesand assurance reviews
Maintain policies, procedures, templates and registers, ensuring accuracy and version control
Track and report on audit outcomes, non-conformances, qualityindicatorsand improvement actions
Develop andmaintaindashboards and reports to provide transparent insights for leadership and teams
Monitor risk mitigation activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you will bring to our team:
You'rea proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and people to drive improvement.
You will have:
A qualification in quality, compliance, governance, risk or a related field,



or equivalent experience
Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance,auditor continuous improvement activities
Strong skills in managing data, reports, and documentation
Confidenceworking with different teams and building positive relationships
SolidMicrosoft Office skills, particularly Excel
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in regulated environments such as aged care, community services,housingor disability
Exposure to accreditation or licensing processes
Experience building dashboards or working with reporting tools
