We are seeking experienced
HVAC Site Managers
to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.
$130K – $170K + Super + Vehicle + Advantages & Relocation Packages Provided
You will be responsible for the
on-site delivery of $10M+ D&C; HVAC packages
, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, onprogramme and to a high standard.
Projects include
healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centers and major commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day HVAC installation and site delivery
Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources
Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and builders
Resolve site issues and assist with variations and technical queries
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
Previous Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable
Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes.
Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
