About the role:
The Senior Analyst, Shared Service Finance will monitor and manage CCSBcontracts (including renewals) and customer billing within theShared Service Financial ManagementServices ensuring processing and/or payment occur within a timely manner and within government guidelines.
Responsibilities include leadingthe delivery of quality customer support by actively monitoring, assigning, answeringand trackingwith all aspects of the service queue.
The Senior Analyst, Shared Service Finance will ensure all documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials and advice to customers in relation to the service are regularly updated according to their own monitoring and reporting of service levels, staff and customer feedback.

About you:
Demonstrated knowledge of contract management and financial processes, with specific understanding of the Victorian government processe
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation,policyand processes.
A tertiary qualification in fields related to finance or Business Administration would be desirable.
