About the role
Work closely with the HR Manager and a close-knit HR team to deliver high-quality services across the school.
This full-time, continuing role offers genuine breadth across recruitment administration, onboarding, employee records, compliance and payroll support.
It provides an ideal foundation for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS administration
Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, Blue Card and compliance processes
Prepare routine staff correspondence and manage the HR inbox
Provide administrative support for payroll enquiries and general HR operations
Deliver responsive, confidential support to staff, candidates and the school community
Role Requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with sound judgement
Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and HR/workforce management systems
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
