SPS Facilities is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Cleaning Supervisor to manage and support our Carseldine site operations across Monday to Friday, 5:00PM - 11:00PM.
This role offers stability, a consistent 30-hour work week, and the chance to be part of a professional, supportive team.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00PM - 11:00PM
Hours: 30 hours per week
Position Available: 1
Lead and manage the afternoon cleaning team onsite
Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards are met
Monitor and manage stock levels, rosters, and site requirements
Conduct regular inspections and monthly site audits
Ensure cleaning coverage for absenteeism or urgent needs




Maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Ensure all OH&S; and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role
Strong communication and people management skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Reliable, organised, and confident in leading a team
Own reliable transport and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Stable, full time employment with consistent PM hours
