About the Opportunity
As a
Noah's Ark Professional (Key Worker)
, you'llwork closely with children and families to deliver evidence-informed earlychildhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes.
You'll:
Supportchildren aged 0-12 to participate more fully in everyday activities athome, in education settings, and in the community.
Delivertherapy and coaching where it matters most, embedding strategies intoeveryday routines and real-life situations.
Partnerwith families to build confidence, capability and sustainable outcomes.
Workwithin our Key Worker and transdisciplinary model, helping familiesnavigate supports while drawing on the expertise of a broader alliedhealth team.
Contributeyour occupational therapy expertise while continuing to strengthen yourcontemporary OT practice.
Participatein reflective practice, clinical supervision and ongoing professionaldevelopment.
Helpfoster a culture of learning, quality improvement and excellence inservice delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from Occupational Therapists who:




Havea recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRAregistration.
Arepassionate about supporting children and families.
Enjoyworking collaboratively and building meaningful relationships.
Bringstrong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
Areinterested in working within a Key Worker and transdisciplinary model.
Valuelearning, reflection and continuous professional growth.
Highly regarded experience includes:
Complexdisability support.
Behavioursof concern.
Clinicalsupervision, student supervision, mentoring, clinical education, orsupporting emerging clinicians to build capability and confidence.
You'll also need:
