As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
You will manage clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a protected, calm, and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized care plans,
and evaluate resident outcomes.
Oversee clinical care delivery, medication administration, and complex care needs in alignment with professional standards.
Promote resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
Lead and mentor care staff while upholding the
Aged Care Quality Standards
.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and health records.
What We Are Looking For
Registration:
Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with
AHPRA
.
Experience:
1-2 years of RN experience in aged care is preferred (though passionate nurses with transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
Standards Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation abilities.

Compliance & Safeguarding Requirements
Valid National Police Check.
Completion of a pre-employment medical and drug assessment.
