Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments of insured residential properties




Prepare scopes of works and determine the most appropriate repair solutions
Provide technical advice on policy coverage, repair methods and claim outcomes
Manage claims through the repair process, ensuring quality, compliance and customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with customers, builders and internal stakeholders
Complete reports and documentation within agreed service standards
Assist during catastrophe (CAT) events as required
We are looking for someone with:
Residential building, construction, estimating, restoration or insurance assessing experience
Strong understanding of residential building methods and repair processes
Experience preparing accurate scopes of works for insurance or construction projects
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with builders and customers
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple claims
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes
