Non-Financial Risk – Project Delivery Analyst
Our Compliance Product & Delivery team within the Risk Management Group is focused on delivering meaningful business and technology change across the Compliance division.
Working closely with teams across Macquarie, we enhance systems, processes and ways of working to support effective risk management, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What role will you play?

As a Project Delivery Analyst, you will support the delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives, including both internally developed and third-party solutions.
Combining business analysis, project coordination and delivery management, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders to understand current processes, define future solutions and help drive successful project outcomes.
You will also support project governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively in a complex and evolving workplace.
What you offer

3-5+ years' experience in a Project Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Management Office or project delivery role within financial services, risk management, compliance or regulatory environments
Experience supporting technology transformation programmes,



including the implementation of software-as-a-service and third-party technology solutions
Strong capability in gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing processes and designing improved future-state solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse teams across business and technology functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and support delivery outcomes in complex environments while demonstrating sound judgement and appropriate escalation skills
