We're looking for a commercially astute
Senior Manager, Commercial Finance - Residential Development NSW to join our team on a 14-month maximum term contract.
Partnering closely with the NSW Residential Development leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering commercial insights across a high-profile portfolio of development projects.
Leading a high-performing finance team, you'll provide trusted advice across project feasibility, investment decisions, budgeting and forecasting, portfolio performance, cashflow management and joint venture governance.
You'll work alongside development leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure strong financial outcomes across the business.
This is a unique opportunity to influence major development projects, contribute to strategic business decisions and help shape one of Australia's leading residential development portfolios.
Your Point of Difference




You are a commercially minded finance leader with deep property industry experience and a passion for partnering with the business to drive performance.
You'll bring:
CA or CPA qualification
10+ years' experience in finance, ideally within property, development, infrastructure or project-based environments
Demonstrated experience in development finance, project accounting and investment analysis
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide strategic insights and influence decision-making
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering senior leaders
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
Sound technical accounting knowledge and experience working with complex business structures and joint ventures
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
