CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a retail asset based in Bendigo, Victoria.
This is a hands‐on delivery role where you will be accountable for the day‐to‐day FM operations across a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring a protected, compliant, and well‐maintained environment for tenants and visitors.
You will bring either direct FM experience or a closely related background in building operations, property management, or trade supervision.
In this role, you will:
Manage day‐to‐day FM delivery across a retail property portfolio, including planned preventive maintenance and reactive works
Oversee contractor performance, manage service agreements, and hold vendors accountable to agreed standards
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, essential services obligations, and statutory requirements
Maintain asset registers, manage site budgets, and prepare regular client and operational reports
Support capital works programmes and coordinate tenant fit‐out activity as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and client stakeholders
About You
You are a hands‐on property professional who takes pride in well‐run buildings and reliable contractor relationships.




Whether you come directly from a facilities management role or from a closely related field such as property operations, building management, or trade supervision, you bring the technical knowledge and operational mindset to take ownership of a portfolio from day one.
Experience in facilities management or a closely related field such as property operations, building management, or trade supervision
Working knowledge of essential services, statutory compliance, and WHS obligations
Strong contractor management skills and the ability to hold vendors accountable to agreed service standards
Confident communicator who can manage tenant and client relationships professionally and with credibility
