EVT Limited's QT Perth is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead daily operations across Rooftop at QT, Santini Bar & Grill, Dining & Deli, and more.
You will work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of service.
You will manage a team of around 40 staff, oversee recruitment and rostering, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements while supporting innovation across outlets.
