Accor is seeking a highly motivated Full time Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager to lead our Canberra Domestic Lounges, delivering exceptional guest experiences pre-flight.
This hands-on leadership role oversees daily lounge operations, drives F&B; service quality, and mentors the front-of-house team.
You will coordinate menu planning with the culinary team, manage staff events, VIP services and stock, while ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS and RSA requirements in a fast-paced aviation
