This is an initial 1-month temp booking with potential to extend, perfect for someone with real estate administration experience who can hit the ground running.
The Role
Coordinate property marketing campaigns and listings
Upload properties across websites and portals
Prepare brochures, signboards and marketing collateral
Manage campaign deadlines and follow up approvals
Upload contracts and maintain property records
Process marketing invoices and reconciliations
Assist with settlements and general sales administration
Maintain CRM and database accuracy
About You




Previous real estate administration
Current Certificate of Registration
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Confident working to deadlines in a busy environment
Proactive and able to work autonomously
CampaignTrack experience highly regarded
Agentbox, Real Time Agent, Rita, Podium or Trello experience advantageous
