The role focuses on desktop risk reviews of structural and façade drawings under latent defect insurance and includes evaluating responses to identified risks.
You will also gain exposure to site inspections, building diagnostics, and assessing defects across Class 2 projects, with a robust emphasis on clear technical reporting and client communication.
