Macarthur Disability Services is seeking a Behaviour Manager to lead Behaviour Support and Allied Health services across multiple sites in NSW, including Capmbelltown/Prestons, with work from home options.
You will manage people, finances and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with NDIS frameworks and PBS requirements.
The role requires tertiary Allied Health qualifications and Practitioner Suitability, with desirables including OT, paediatric experience and ABA knowledge.
