About The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Fashion Trainer who brings expertise across both the
practical and digital aspects of fashion design and production
.
In this role, you'll inspire and develop future fashion professionals by delivering engaging, industry-relevant training within our
Certificate III in Fashion
program.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated expertise in
patternmaking, garment construction, and sewing techniques
, supported by proficiency in industry-standard digital design software, particularly
Adobe Illustrator
.
The role requires solid practical skills and the ability to apply industry-relevant knowledge across fashion design, garment development, and production processes.
Combining technical expertise with a passion for education, you'll equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the modern fashion industry.

Strong experience in
digital fashion technologies
, including advanced proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator
, combined with practical
sewing and garment construction
expertise.
Proven capability across both




digital and hands-on fashion practices
, including pattern making, garment production, and industry-standard software.
5+ years' industry experience
within the fashion sector, bringing current knowledge, technical expertise, and real-world insights.
A completed
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****)
, enabling the delivery and assessment of
Certificate III in Fashion
qualifications.
A
Diploma of Fashion
or equivalent qualification, with competencies aligned to the level being delivered and assessed.
