Environment Supervisor
Location- Lismore, NSW
Contract - Full Time Permanent
About the Role
The Environment Supervisor (ES) is responsible for on-ground supervision and coordination of the Environment field team, undertaking natural resource management (NRM) activities including bush regeneration, weed control, revegetation and site assessment.
The ES plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation operates in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.

About You:
You have experience in bush regeneration and / or associated fields of work, such as horticulture,weed control,revegetationand landscaping.
You have experience in Supervising teams and performance.
You have experience in project management, including preparation of budgets, quotations, assessment and planning of on-ground service delivery.
You have an understanding of best practice bush regeneration,landscapingandlight construction
You demonstrate knowledge of weed control measures,vegetation communities, plant identification skills, and awareness of environmental issues.
You have strong communicationand administrative skills, including the use of computers and Microsoft Office suite.
You have a demonstrated understanding of risk management processes and systems, and their relationship to business/ projectobjectives.
You have the ability to work as a team member within the ethos and values of Workways/Envite Australia.
Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management or equivalent
Minimum 3years bush regeneration experience
Drivers Licence
Experience leading teams whilst undertaking ecological restoration.
White Card (Construction)
Physically fit, motivated and capable of working in challenging outdoor environments
Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
Understanding and ability to follow WHS policies and procedures
Desirable Criteria
ACDC Licence
Senior First Aid
Chainsaw Certificate Level 1 & 2
4x4 experience/qualifications
