Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at
Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care.
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver high‐quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control practices.




Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
What You'll Bring:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
A compassionate, patient, and resident‐focused approach.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of person‐centred care and dignity of risk.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including minimum 2 day week shifts.
