Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in a Facilities Management role withincommercial property.
Trade qualification in a building related field (desirablenot essential).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship developmentskills.
Knowledge of operations, industry best practice, buildingcodes and legislative requirements relating to facilities management.
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and able tomanage and priorities competing demands.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring each asset operatessafely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll play a key role in managing contractors, maintenance programs, compliance obligations and sustainability initiatives, while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of premium officeassets, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical,operational and stakeholder management capabilities within one of Australia'sleading property consultancies.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for tenants for technical andmaintenance advice, supporting the building tenants, your Property Manager andthe client.
Day-to-day building management including operations &compliance; matters.
Provide written recommendations to the clients and PropertyManager for major maintenance items, or to improve efficiencies on maintenanceand operational issues.
Regularly engage with tenants and other buildingstakeholders ensuring a high level of quality control of all contractors.
Conduct regular inspections of the entire building,including all common areas and plant rooms.
Develop, implement and maintain Risk Management proceduresin accordance with National and State regulations and Client's requirements.
Be aware of property budgets and work closely with theProperty Manager to ensure appropriate levels of spending are achieved acrossthe managed properties.
