administration and problem-solving across OVIC's ICT infrastructure and operations.
Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, the role provides hands-on technical support and contributes to the delivery of ICT projects and initiatives under the guidance of the ICT Operations Manager.At the VPS Grade 3 level, the ICT Officer is expected to work independently on routine and moderately complex technical tasks, applying established procedures, standards and practices to resolve issues and support business operations.
