About the Role
Our State Government partner is seeking multiple detail oriented Data Entry Officers to assist with a rapid increase in workload.
Working within a collaborative work unit, you will deliver high quality administrative support, maintain internal databases, and ensure accurate record processing to keep key government operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quick and accurate data entry utilising specialised internal software packages, databases, and office management systems.
Execute general administrative duties, filing, record keeping, and documentation processing as required.
Proactively manage daily task volume, prioritise deadlines, and maintain high standards of output quality.
Provide timely assistance to team members and contribute positively to a supportive work culture.
Answer incoming verbal and written client enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and escalating complex issues appropriately.
What You'll Bring
Proven data entry capabilities with high typing speed and exceptional attention to detail.
Clear,



friendly written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
Prior experience interpreting policy, regulations, or operating procedures is highly regarded.
Self motivated mindset with the ability to manage individual tasks while contributing to overall team goals.
