Behind every manufacturing order, customer delivery, inventory movement and business decision at Stratco sits a critical ERP platform.
We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to become a key custodian of the enterprise systems that power one of Australia's leading manufacturing and home improvement brands.
This is not a traditional support desk role.
It's an opportunity to become the technical and functional expert behind a sophisticated ERP and applications environment, partnering with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail and corporate functions to ensure our systems are performing at their best.
You'll investigate complex issues, sit at the intersection of technology and business operations, ensuring our ERP ecosystem remains reliable, efficient and aligned to the needs of our growing national organisation.
Your mandate
On any given day you might;
Resolve complex ERP and enterprise application issues
Partner with business leaders to improve processes and system performance
Support system upgrades, enhancements and integrations
Assist with system configuration and testing
Contribute to projects that modernise and enhance Stratco's technology landscape
About you
You're the person people turn to when the problem is complex, the answer isn't obvious, and the business needs someone who can connect technology with operational outcomes.
You'll likely bring:
Significant experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems
Exposure to Oracle, SAP,



Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms in a cloud environment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, retail or distribution environments
Knowledge of cloud based enterprise applications
Experience with integrations, data loads or SQL based tech
A passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
