Whatyou'llbe responsible for:
You'llbe joining our HR and WHS Advisory team-the engine room of ourorganisation-delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.Here'swhat your days will look like:
Own complex grievances,investigationsand terminationmattersfor our top-tier clients
Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
Prepare claim responses (e.g.FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
Deliver client training, webinars andfacilitateimplementation meetings
Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking

Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation
Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy
Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
Calm under pressure, with the stakeholder influencetomatch
