The Team
As infrastructure investment, energy transition and industrial development continue to reshape Australia, we are growing our Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory practice and are looking for talented Senior Consultants and Managers to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work on some of Australia's largest and most complex infrastructure and capital projects while accelerating your career in a high‐growth, entrepreneurial workplace.
You will work alongside experienced infrastructure advisors, former industry executives and senior government stakeholders, helping clients make critical investment and delivery decisions that shape communities, industries and the national economy.
Our team advises governments, infrastructure owners, investors and private sector participants throughout the project lifecycle — from strategic planning and business cases through to procurement, financing and delivery — across sectors including transport, energy, water, social infrastructure, defence, industrial development, and ports and logistics.
How you will contribute
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will:
Support Major Infrastructure Investments




Contribute to strategic and commercial advisory engagements for major infrastructure projects and programs
Assist clients in evaluating investment options, delivery models and procurement approaches
Support the development of business cases, investment cases and infrastructure strategies
Deliver Commercial and Financial Analysis
Build and analyse financial models to support infrastructure investment decisions
Undertake commercial, economic and quantitative analysis
Assess project risks, funding options and financing alternatives
Develop insights that help clients make informed decisions
Support Transactions and Procurement Processes
Assist with market engagement activities and transaction processes
Support the evaluation of procurement submissions and commercial proposals
Contribute to the development of commercial frameworks and negotiation strategies
Work Closely with Clients
Engage directly with government agencies, infrastructure owners and private sector stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior decision-makers
Participate in workshops, stakeholder consultations and project governance activities
Grow Your Skills and Career
Learn from experienced infrastructure leaders and industry specialists
Develop expertise across infrastructure financing, commercial strategy and major project delivery
Take increasing responsibility for project management and client engagement activities
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in infrastructure advisory,



project finance, commercial advisory, consulting, government, engineering, investment analysis or related fields
Exposure to major infrastructure projects, capital programs or investment transactions
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Experience developing financial models, business cases, commercial analysis or investment assessments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, Business, Public Policy or a related discipline
Curiosity, strong commercial acumen and a passion for infrastructure and nation‐building projects
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving
