Eastern Health is seeking a Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Care Coordinator to lead a high quality, legally-sound VAD model of care across Box Hill Hospital and the Eastern Health catchment.
The role coordinates patients, families, clinicians and external providers through the VAD pathway, ensuring safe, compassionate, person-centred access.
