At Concentric, we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Westminster clinic, working across a mixed caseload of paediatric clients and adults within NDIS.
Whether you're fresh out of university, building your confidence as an early career clinician, or bringing years of experience, we'll support you to grow your skills, find your clinical interests and build a career that works for you.
You'll have the best of both worlds — clinic-based therapy and community work, with the prospect to support clients in their homes, schools and other community settings.

What You'll Be Doing:
No two days will look exactly the same.
You'll work with children, adults and their support networks to improve communication, participation and independence in everyday life.
You'll be supported to:
Manage a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload
Complete speech, language,



communication and functional assessments
Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
Deliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settings
Work with paediatric clients across areas such as speech, language, social communication and literacy
Support adult NDIS participants with communication and participation goals
Work closely with families, carers, teachers and support networks
Collaborate with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals
Build your clinical confidence and develop your areas of interest
Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and professional development

You might be:

You'll need:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (SPA)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
