Barwon Health seeks a Senior Psychosocial and Discharge Coordinator (Grade 4) within the McKellar Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre.
You will provide senior Occupational Therapy leadership within a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care for consumers with complex needs.
In a temporary part time role (48 hours per fortnight), you will coordinate allied health services, discharge planning and psychosocial programs, while supervising junior clinicians and contributing to service
