About the Role
In this role, you'll be the face of the resort, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and everything in between.
It's a role that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming approach.
What you'll do:
Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information on facilities, tours, and local attractions
Work closely with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
About you
Experience in front office, reservations, or customer service (hospitality experience highly regarded)
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and computer skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service
