We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Family / Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our friendly practice in Midland.

About the Role
n
You'll work across a mix of family law and wills & estates matters, providing practical, compassionate advice to clients during important stages of their lives. You'll manage your own files while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Family law matters including parenting, property settlements and divorce.
n
Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship.
n
Estate planning advice.
n
Probate and letters of administration.
n
Estate administration.
n




General client consultations and file management.
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia.
n
Experience in family law and/or wills and estates.
n
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
n
Excellent organisational and file management abilities.
n
A practical, solution-focused approach.
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
You will have a minimum of two years post-admission experience.
