About the Role
n
We are currently seeking experienced Full-time and casual Warehouse Staff to join our Marleston-based team in Adelaide. Reporting to the SA Warehouse Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of warehouse operations.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Pick and pack orders of varying sizes using RF devices
n
Use freight management systems to dispatch goods via multiple carriers
n
Ensure orders are processed with accuracy and speed
n
Load/unload high-volume containers and delivery vehicles
n
Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes
n
Maintain warehouse security and inventory integrity
n
Pick and pack export pallets
n
Operate MHE (e.g., wave, pallet rider) as needed
n
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
n




Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures
n
Perform other duties as directed by the SA Warehouse Manager
n

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse picking and packing environment
n
Robust attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
n
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
n
Confident using warehouse technology, including RF scanners
n
Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime as required
n
Positive, can-do attitude
n
Commitment to safety and safe work practices
n
Current forklift licence with reach and/or HLOP experience (desirable)
n
Willingness to obtain a forklift licence if not already held
n
