About the Role
n
Hewitt Foods is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to supervise and support the day-to-day activities of our production team in West Gosford. In this frontline leadership role, you will coordinate workflow, drive production
performance,maintainquality
standards, and champion a strong safety culture. Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will lead by example, support team development, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, motivate and support production employees across designated production areas.
n
Coordinate daily workflows and labour allocation to achieve production schedules and KPIs.
n
Promote and enforce secure work practices, SOP compliance, and housekeeping standards.
n
Monitor product quality, minimise waste,
andidentifyopportunities
for operational improvement.
n
Complete production documentation and communicate operational outcomes and risks to management.
n
n
About You
n
You are a confident and hands-on leader with experience working in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment. You thrive in fast-paced operations, enjoy developing people, and are passionate about achieving team results. Withstrong communicationand problem-solving skills, you can balance operational priorities
whilemaintaininghigh
standardsof safety, quality, and performance.

You Will Bring
n

Demonstrated leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, food processing,



or similar operational environment, with the ability to lead, coach and support team members.
n
Proven experience working to production targets and KPIs.
n
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
n
Basic computer literacy and experience completing reports and production records.
n
